TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Customer Responsibility.

  • When you place an order, you understand that all our printed phone cases are custom-made for you and your phone model, according to your chosen Design.

  • When you place an order, you understand that you alone are responsible for specifying and selecting the phone type and model.

2. Product Material & Printing Process.

  • Material Choice: We offer printing on clear cases by default, or on other materials as selected by the customer during the ordering process. The final look and feel of the product are directly influenced by the material and phone model chosen.
  • UV Digital Printing: Our products are manufactured using UV Digital Printing Machines. Please note that this is a Flat Print process only.
  • Print Coverage: Due to the flat nature of the printing technology, the design is applied to the back surface of the cover. Consequently, the sides of the covers may remain clear or unprinted, depending on your chosen material and the specific design constraints of your phone model. 

3. Payment & Pricing.

  • Custom-made order is required partial payment at the time of ordering. Production will not begin until payment is confirmed.
  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

 4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.

  • Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products for making the covers only for your phone model , we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or customer errors (e.g., ordering the wrong phone model or typos).
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If the product arrives damaged or there is a clear printing error on our part, please contact us within Max. 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will provide a replacement or a refund if at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production Time: Custom printing typically takes [3 : 7] business days before shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping time typically takes [2 : 5] business days after shipping.
  • Total Delivery Time: Shipping time typically takes [5 : 12] business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery Issues: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
